VJ Myogenic

Jim has played under the name of VJ Myogenic since 2002. After jointly setting up Jigsawmusic in Birmingham he learnt his craft vjing for artists such as Mark Pritchard and TheUnabombers. He ran the visual aspects of Peepshow in Oxford and then Soxan in London amongst other clubnights

He has played at every Big Chill since 2004 including headline sets with Phil Hartnol (Orbital), Gilles Petterson and Tom Middleton’s epic “Summer of Love” set in 2009. Other festival appearances include Glastonbury, The Tower Festival, Shambala and Bloom.

In 2008 he went on tour with The Bays and The Heritage Orchestra including sellout performances at The Royal Festival Hall and Brighton Dome.

He currently tours with Jon Hopkins throughout Europe and last year played at Brian Eno’s Luminous Festival at The Sydney Opera House.
